As a Video Editor at Keep On Adapting, you will help produce content for real marketing campaigns and local businesses. Your work may include: ✅ Editing paid advertising content ✅ Social media videos for local businesses ✅ Commercial-style video projects ✅ Short-form marketing videos ✅ YouTube and digital campaign content ✅ Multi-format exports for various platforms You will work alongside our creative team to turn raw footage into engaging videos that help businesses grow. What We’re Looking For: We care more about your editing ability than your resume. Strong candidates typically have: ✅ Experience editing with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software ✅ Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual flow ✅ Ability to edit short-form content that captures attention quickly ✅ Basic knowledge of sound design, color correction, and motion graphics ✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines ✅ A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with a small team What You’ll Get: ✅ Competitive pay ✅ Consistent editing work ✅ A local team based in Central New York ✅ Real client campaigns and creative projects ✅ The tools and resources needed to do your best work You will be editing content that is actually used in advertising campaigns and marketing projects across CNY.

Video Editor

$20-30/hour, depending on experience

We are looking for a videographer in the Syracuse area who enjoys creating engaging content, working with businesses, and capturing visuals that tell a story. This position can be full-time or part-time depending on experience and availability. What You’ll Work On: As a Videographer at Keep On Adapting, you will film content used in marketing campaigns for businesses across Central New York. Projects may include: +Commercial-style business videos +Paid advertising content +Social media video content +Interviews and testimonial videos +Short-form marketing videos +On-location business shoots +You will work alongside our creative team to capture footage that editors can turn into engaging marketing content. What We’re Looking For: We care more about your ability to capture great footage than your resume. Strong candidates typically have: +Experience operating professional video cameras (we use Canon) +Strong understanding of framing, composition, and lighting +Ability to capture clean audio for interviews +Experience filming in business or commercial environments +Ability to adapt to different filming locations and scenarios +Strong communication skills when working with clients on-site What You’ll Get: +Competitive pay +Consistent filming projects +A creative team to collaborate with +Professional equipment and production resources +The opportunity to work on marketing campaigns for businesses across Central New York You will help create video content used for advertising, social media, and marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a Meta Ads Manager who enjoys building advertising campaigns, analyzing performance, and helping businesses generate leads through paid advertising. This position can be full-time or part-time depending on experience and availability. What You’ll Work On: As a Meta Ads Manager at Keep On Adapting, you will manage advertising campaigns for businesses across Central New York. Projects may include: +Lead generation campaigns for local businesses +Video advertising campaigns +Retargeting and conversion campaigns +Campaign testing and optimization +Ad performance reporting and analysis +Collaboration with our creative team on ad content and landing pages +You will work alongside our creative team to launch, manage, and improve advertising campaigns that help businesses generate measurable results. What We’re Looking For: We care more about your ability to manage effective campaigns than your resume. Strong candidates typically have: +Experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns +Understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and budgeting +Ability to analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns +Experience with conversion tracking and performance metrics +Strong attention to detail and organization +Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients at once What You’ll Get: +Competitive pay +Consistent client campaigns to manage +A creative team producing high-quality video and ad content Professional tools and resources to help you succeed +The opportunity to work on marketing campaigns for businesses across Central New York You will help businesses generate leads, grow their customer base, and scale through paid advertising.
