We are looking for a Meta Ads Manager who enjoys building advertising campaigns, analyzing performance, and helping businesses generate leads through paid advertising. This position can be full-time or part-time depending on experience and availability. What You’ll Work On: As a Meta Ads Manager at Keep On Adapting, you will manage advertising campaigns for businesses across Central New York. Projects may include: +Lead generation campaigns for local businesses +Video advertising campaigns +Retargeting and conversion campaigns +Campaign testing and optimization +Ad performance reporting and analysis +Collaboration with our creative team on ad content and landing pages +You will work alongside our creative team to launch, manage, and improve advertising campaigns that help businesses generate measurable results. What We’re Looking For: We care more about your ability to manage effective campaigns than your resume.
